1 Blessed Rock in time of storm,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages,
Rock that shelters from all harm,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages.

Refrain:
Rock of Ages firm and sure,
Rock that ever shall endure,
Trusting Thee I am secure,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages.

2 Rock that shields ‘mid tempest blasts,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages,
Shield me ‘till life’s storms are past,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages. [Refrain]

3 Let sin’s mighty billows roll,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages,
They can never harm my soul,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages. [Refrain]

4 When the pow’rs of hell assail,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages,
Never shall my fortress fail,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages. [Refrain]

5 While I live to Him I’ll cling,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages,
When in heaven I will sing,
Jesus is the Rock of Ages. [Refrain]
